Verified Renter Wonderful place to live other than my husband and I having some car parts stolen it's been great. Hopefully security will tighten up in the near future and we don't need to worry as much.
Verified Renter I have been met for 9 years and am very happy with my selection. The location is fantastic. I love the parking garage where I park down the Hall from my apartment - not many places offer this. Elevators are a big plus!

Verified Renter Maintenance is the A star performer in the residency . Management comes in a close second. Fellow residents have taken a more noisy characters of late, unfortunately, but remains in the vast minority . Braeswood Place still a good place to stay and we are renewing our lease for the 10 time.
Verified Renter It’s a great place to stay, Closer to where i needed to go,some times they don’t maintain the cleanliness of the hallways and the stairs, some of those dirts been there since i moved , ,Maybe you need more people to clean up, the second floor hallway where I’m staying the floor has not been cleaned for almost 3/4weeks , (?? finally)but over All the staffs are great )

Verified Renter I moved here because I loved the floorplan and location. However, my experience since moving has been a nightmare. The air conditioner has not worked since mid-May, five months!! Water leaked in the apartment FIVE times in June. It took two weeks to cut sheetrock. No fans or dehumidifiers have been used. No repairs have been made for FOUR months!!!!
