Verified Renter Maintenance is the A star performer in the residency . Management comes in a close second. Fellow residents have taken a more noisy characters of late, unfortunately, but remains in the vast minority . Braeswood Place still a good place to stay and we are renewing our lease for the 10 time.
Verified Renter It’s a great place to stay, Closer to where i needed to go,some times they don’t maintain the cleanliness of the hallways and the stairs, some of those dirts been there since i moved , ,Maybe you need more people to clean up, the second floor hallway where I’m staying the floor has not been cleaned for almost 3/4weeks , (?? finally)but over All the staffs are great )

Verified Renter I moved here because I loved the floorplan and location. However, my experience since moving has been a nightmare. The air conditioner has not worked since mid-May, five months!! Water leaked in the apartment FIVE times in June. It took two weeks to cut sheetrock. No fans or dehumidifiers have been used. No repairs have been made for FOUR months!!!! Comfy apt in good location Have had a great experience so far! Staff, in particular Cici, are helpful and welcoming. Responses to maintenance requests are quick.
Verified Renter This complex is on the end of a nice neighborhood and has lots of community events, the staff has always been helpful with our pet concerns and maintenance issues, our unit is one of my favorite apartments I've ever lived in, the kitchen being open to the living space is great for having friends and family over.

Verified Renter My fist two months at Braeswood Place has exceeded all of my expectations - from the original leasing process, the move in, the actual unit (townhouse) is amazing (with a couple of quirks!), but the staff is what has made my satisfaction exceed my exceptions the most. They show interest and caring about any matters I've presented them. While they have 300 units/tenants, I feel like they know me and are wonderful whenever I have had interactions with them.
