Verified Renter Nice community however the elevator remains broken consistently. Repairs after the storm took a long time and no updates were provided on a regular basis. There have been several vehicle break ins.

Verified Renter Maintenance is excellent. Much improved fire alarms system as no alarms in a while. Would be good if elevators did not break down so much as I cannot climb or descend the stairs

Verified Renter Needs more security around the parking lots. I had a visitor park on the 5th floor and they tried stealing their wheels. They need to better with the security.
Verified Renter is been honestly great ! but when it comes to emailing the apartment or calling them about something important.. They ether take long to answer or just don’t answer at ll but other then that is been great

Verified Renter Generally a good place to stay in. Maintenance is fantastic. Management is good . Reasonably quiet place . Pet excrement still a persisting problem
