Lots of potential if ownership cared The office personnel and maintenance are fine and personable people. However, the entity that owns the facility routinely fails to arrange for the gates to be closed when roofs are being repaired, leading to car thefts and vandalism. In addition, they lure older renters into the facility with the promise of multiple elevators allowing access to the first floor and then fail to maintain them. Verified Renter I am not happy about the new parking policy. I rented here because of the reserved parking which is listed as an amenity on the website. Also, why was the gate inoperable for weeks? The lack of security is disturbing
