Badly Deteriorated We know this place for 15 years (living there on and off). It used to be superb. Fine location. Good apartments. Cute public spaces. Very nice residents' events. However, in the last year or so the place has deteriorated considerably. The blame is the managing company/staff, who have neglected this place and are incompatible. Our experience at Braeswood Place It’s comforting to know that your management listens and responds to your request or needs. We transitioned from a home in another state to apartment living. Braeswood Place has been a very comfortable place to now call home. One of our favorite things we enjoy doing is going downstairs and preparing a Latte at our lobby’s coffee machine. It’s really good!
Verified Renter The cleanliness of the building is going down. The cleanliness of the hallways, ceiling fans and garage are not kept up. Even the sign of the complex is not fixed.
