I call the Braeswood Place home! The amenities and service is excellent. I have been here for a few months now. I think the management team take really good care of the place. There are lights outside in the courtyard at night so I feel really safe to walk outside. The hallway is clean and smell good. They have Parcel Pending where you can pick up anytime you like. Horrible management! I lived in this apartment complex for 6 months in 2017. Never in my life I have encountered such a pathetic excuse for management. Phone calls are repeatedly unanswered, and management does not fulfill requests in a timely manner. Apartments are overpriced and full of defects, which management has no qualms about charging fees over. Make sure you take lots of pictures at move in and move out and have witnesses for all transactions with management, especially Tia. They've been known to change their story.... read more

Terrible Experience I thought I got a deal when I was told I didn't have to put a deposit down upon move-in and the apartment would have everything new. I moved in and I was disappointed. Nothing was repainted, no new carpet, no new anything. I moved in the apartment looking like the previous tenant moved out the day I moved. 1 year later I moved out and had it cleaned. I got my bill and the apartment charged me for the apartment not being cleaned. A shelter home is in better shape than these apartments.

Great Experience! I love our apartment complex and apt. Ever since we have moved in, we have had an amazing experience! The staff is great and real helpful! Security is great! Everything is close-by. We have had a 2 cockroaches experience in the past 4 months we have moved in, and they have come by and sprayed down the apartment the Thursday after! The apartment complex definitely makes up for it. They give a parking spot and basic cable by comcast in that package. Really Amazing place! Must stay for anyone!

This is where you want to live! Situated close to Rice University and The Texas Medical Center, this complex is a bang for your buck! For the amenities they offer and the excellent maintenance, the rent is very reasonable. The staff is also super friendly and helpful in every way. Love this place I have lived here since 2012 and I love it! It's a hidden gem in the Braeswood Place/West U/Rice Village area. It's SUPER safe, the staff responds well and listens to any concerns, maintence fixes problems really fast. I really do not have any complaints about this place as this is my 2nd time renewing my lease. They keep it clean and classy. Truth be known These apartments are over price and full of roaches. They don't reinforce their pet policy and people don't pick-up well after their animals making the outside smell horrible.
