Verified Renter Sapphire Bay has been an amazing and relaxing place to move into. The rates are fair for the many floor plans they offer, and noise is down to a minimal from neighbors, showing at least me that the community has considerate neighbors. All in all, one of the best places to get a apartment in all of Baytown.
