A/C Unit Issues Since we have lived here, in the past 5 months, we have been experiencing A/C electrical issues, which has resulted in the a/c unit almost catching on fire. Maintenance has been in to "fix" the problem, but since the first incident their has been a continuous electrical fires within the unit. We have had 3 incidents between July and November and we feel like it is unsafe to continue living here. I feel like we are not been taken in consideration in the situation we are in. Verified Renter I've been a resident here since 2018 and any time I've needed any maintenance done, the maintenance team arrived either the next day after my report on on the same day depending on how early I sent my request.
Verified Renter At Sapphire Bay you feel like you live at a resort, especially sitting at the pool, lounging on the sun deck in the water while neighbors grill something delicious at the outdoor kitchen. You can sunbathe or you can sit under partial shade or full shade. I always get prompt and courteous service if something requires repair or replacement by maintenance staff. Verified Renter Overall, wonderful experience as a resident at Sapphire Bay. The complex is always kept nicely and maintenance for pool, lawn, etc is done regularly. Staff has always been extremely kind and helpful when we have had questions. We have been very happy our time here.

Verified Renter The management team here works hard to keep residents happy. One thing I've had issues with is mail delivery. Two packages that show proof of delivery to a parcel box for me have disappeared. I never even saw them but the merchant shows proof of delivery by the post office. Why wouldn't they have been delivered to me? This has happened a few times. I'm in contact with the post office to try and find them.
Verified Renter Lovely community. Grounds are well kept. Office staff and maintenance are friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. Communication is tops. Love living here.
