Verified Renter The staff members, both inside and outside of the office, are couteous and approachable. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. As per one of my visitor's, "You're kidding me, it's like a house!"

Verified Renter The apartments and amenities are great. Great layout and fixtures. Updated and relatively energy efficient. Gate isn't always working. Just like anything else though, your neighbors shape your experience. In my case, that hasn't always been the best.

Verified Renter We came to Baytown for work and chose sapphire bay, on recommendation from friends, and we couldnt be more pleased. We feel at home here. Community is very friendly and staff is amazing.
Verified Renter Overpriced apartments, maintenance takes forever, theres dog poo everywhere, literally no amenities besides a pool and dog park and a putting green thats overrun with kids using the sticks as swords. Dog wash was great until new management took over. Now they dont have the coins so we have to pay for dog wash. Ready for my lease to end
