Verified Renter Very calm, and quiet for the most part unless it's Holiday. Pool is well kept clean, the mail system is secure. Gated community we don't deal with issues like the other appartment in Baytown do. Staff is super helpful and understanding. Pet community, with the dog park kept clean aswell.
Verified Renter Over the 3 years of living here, there have been a few bumps in the road, but I have really enjoyed living at this beautiful property. It was like living in a resort for the first year or so, but I have seen a decrease in attention to detail with respect to some of the amenities. Such as the gas grills. If they don't have fuel available, you can't use them. If the "fire pit" doesn't work, it's not an "amenity". Verified Renter I love the atmosphere at Sapphire Bay. Ive lived in a noisy community before but its so beautiful and peaceful here. And the amenities are PERFECT for my lifestyle. I also enjoy the fact that if there is a problem with the property or the unit it is literally fixed right away. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable!

Verified Renter Sapphire Bay is a nice, quiet community. Everyone I have met so far is nice and willing to help. I really like the layout of the floor plan I chose. I also really like the maintenance staff. Every request I have put in, they got done in a timely manner and did a good job.
