Verified Renter These apartments are absolutely stunning and at a decent price for what beautiful amenities you will receive. The ladies work in the office are so sweet and thoughtful. Nicole made our leasing experience delightful. I would highly recommend this place.
Verified Renter We have lived here for over two years and enjoy our apartment. The layout is very good and we have had good experiences with all of the appliances and our HVAC. We have a fantastic view from every room and our balcony. The pool is really the highlight of the community. The fitness center is well equipped for most regular fitness needs. The management company is trying to make improvements and we hope they will be successful.
Verified Renter Sapphire Bay is an amazing place to live! It is new, clean, well built, and very safe. The staff are wonderful and always so helpful and responsive. I could not ask to live in a better, nicer, more well thought out community- I love it here!
Verified Renter Sapphire Bay is a very nice and quiet property. Very clean and well kept with a very professional front office staff.
Verified Renter I love the apartment and its environment but when we moved in our apartment was dirty and had multiple minor maintenance issues. We have yet to have all the things we need fixed or replaced happen and we have called multiple times. Other than that overall the apartments are nice and we have had no issue with the people.
