Verified Renter Our stay in the apartment complex has been generally good. We have no major difficulties. We appreciate the work done by the administration to keep the property in good condition.
Verified Renter I moved into a beautiful apartment, which l found to be smoked filled from the prior tenants smoking in the apartment. We were told that nothing could be done. So my wife and I are left trying to find our own remedies to get rid of the smoke that permeates my beautiful apartment! If you decide to move in to the Sapphire Bay Apartments, and are non-smokers as we are, please get a walk through of the apartment you will be living in to make sure the prior tenants didn't smoke in the apartment. Verified Renter I haven't been here long, but this is a gorgeous place to live. Every time someone asks how we are liking our new apartment we just gush over how much we love it here. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the extra amenities but in the community and the apartments make them feel like luxury homes.

Verified Renter The staff, maintenance, and courtesy officer are truly caring, kind people. They make it a point to make you feel like youre a part of the community. Safety is my #1 concern, and the on-site officer makes us feel secure and protected. Very nice.
