Great!! We love it here at sapphire bay especially the dog park where we can take our puppy to run around and burn out all of his energy. We also love the timely response of maintenance
Be concern Welcome to the Hood! What you see is what you get. Take a walk around, the rent is to high, the cheaply built apartments are noisy as you can hear everything just ask the people who live here, the trash on the property should tell you the rest of the story.
New Resident I love it here already. Everything about the community is nice, staff has been super helpful & friendly. My apartment was everything I’d hope for & more! Very spacious clean & perfect sizing. It gives home vibes.

Verified Renter The management team and maintenance personnel have made strides to make the residential experience here better, and it shows. I've never waited more than a few hours for a response to any need I had. Being a single person this means a lot to be able to depend on a responsive maintenance staff. The office staff was very patient with me concerning reserving a covered parking space that I changed my mind about a few times.
