Everyone needs to try out the variety of classes offered! The chair sculpting is amazing to kick the core into gear and the instructors are amazing! One of the best challenges I have ever encountered!

I love Body Sculpt Barre! I did the 20 day challenge and I can't believe the results I've seen in such a short period of time. I usually get discouraged after a while with other workouts because I don't see any difference in my body. That is not the case with barre though! I've also noticed that with each class my body seems to be stronger and I am able to really push through each workout! Shelly and all the instructors are so helpful and sweet too! Absolutely addicted to Barre-started 6 months ago and have watched the weight and inches fall off. I love the variety in cardio and toning classes. ❤ ️Such a upbeat atmosphere with great teachers and music! --
