I never knew I could love a workout so much. All of the instructors are so caring, encouraging and make it fun! I am so glad that I found Body Sculpt Barre and thankful for the changes it has made in me!
I can't say enough in this short review to say how much I love this barre studio! I've never enjoyed working out until now! The instructors are sweet and very knowledgable! Plus, I've never seen my body transform so fast after starting these workouts! Come try a class and you will be hooked!
If you are looking to tone your tush and lose some inches this is the place. The instructors are phenomenal and they have a variety of classes from Cardio to TRX. Plus they offer a great choice of times each day which means no excuses not to go. Try it out! You'll get addicted.
Body sculpt has changed the way I think about working out. Not only is each class a killer workout, it's fun! I've seen the results on others and cannot wait to see the hard work pay off for myself. Best.workout.ever! A year later and this still holds true! Great workout that you don’t dread having to do. Fun instructors and a motivating environment make BSB one of the best places to workout �� thanks for kicking my butt ladies!
This place is great! Shelly, Morgan, Holly, and all the girls are just wonderful! If you have fitness or body image goals for the new year that you're trying to achieve, this is the place to do it and these are the ladies that can help you get there!! Thanks girls!!
