RecommendedOut of all the places I’ve tried, this place is the absolute best hands down! They have a variety of different classes and something for everyone! All the classes are different and I always leave happy! If your not going to Body Scult Barre Studio... you’re missing out! :)
Beware, body sculpt classes have been known to cause addiction to barre! I love this studio. My first class, I was nervous to go to a new studio by myself, but that feeling left as soon as I walked in the door. The instructors are so friendly and everyone was welcoming. The classes are challenging, but also fun. At the end of class, I can’t believe I have been working out for an hour, and I leave class feeling like I got a full body workout. It’s great, definitely recommended!
Only been going for a few weeks, but man, I cannot wait to make that a few years! I’ve always struggled with body image and self esteem, and with barre, I feel like I’m finally getting stronger. Can’t wait for the way I feel inside to start showing on the outside! I would recommend this to ANYONE! The instructors are amazing and so encouraging, and make me feel like I’m actually accomplishing something!
I️ started going to barre a little over a year ago (because of a bet �)! For a little back story, I️ NEVER consistently worked out in my life prior to this. I️ had no idea what I️ was getting into.
