Love it! Definitely a fun workout but who knew there were so many muscles to work!
Just started Body Sculpt and I enjoyed my first class so much. I really felt great after the class. Can't wait for my next one.
I LOOOVVVEEE the classes at Body Sculpt Barre Studio. The instructors are very motivating and the whole-body workouts have you feeling toned even after just a few classes. I haven't found a better work out. Body Sculpt is my favorite class so far but I'm ready to try them all.
