I am LOVING what this is doing for my body!!! I'm working out muscles I never even knew existed!! Amazing work out and more challenging than anything I've ever done! I'm so excited to see my body transform and SCULPT into what I've always wanted! Shelly definitely knows how to keep you moving and pushing you to your limit! LOVE IT!! Addiction is kicking in....

I have been working out for a long time, trying several different things, this is by for the BEST!!! I love the energy Shelly provides-she keeps you motivated during the entire workout, and the way you feel afterward makes you exited to come back the next day!!!
