I cannot begin to explain how amazing Body Sculpt is! I have always had the challenge of finding time to work out and juggle family and work, but body sculpt has the most efficient classes! An hour or 45 minutes is all you need and you have a full body workout! I did a 20 class challenge in 30 days and lost 15 inches!! It is so exciting to see results this quickly!
Body sculpt provides the complete workout for the mind, body and soul. This far exceeds any gym membership. I highly recommend trying it out, you will be hooked instantly.
I am absolutely obsessed with these classes and instructors! I have tried lots of different gyms and classes and Body Sculpt is by far the best! My results have been amazing already and I have only been going for 3 months now. I can't wait to see where I am a year from now. SO glad I found this place!
Ok so normally I don't go write reviews but I have to let people know. I am a physical fit girl that has always been into weight training. Love muscle tone on a feminine way. But these last two weeks I have dedicated to challenge myself to see what this "BARRE" things about. It's no joke. I have been sore I have been challenged on a different level. Love love love Body Sculpt Barre! I'm usually one to jump around with gym memberships and workout routines and this is the first place I've gone to and can't get enough! I've been a client now for a few years and have enjoyed every class! The instructors are all amazing and each so different and unique that it makes each class so and never repetitive!!!!
