Body Sculpt and all the instructors are absolutely wonderful! I have never enjoyed a fitness studio as much as I have this one!
Body sculpt has really helped me trim up certain areas in the past couple of months of attendance. I was ready to get in shape and create a healthy lifestyle. I have made Barre class a part of my weekly routine and honestly I would not know what to do now without the classes being apart of my week. This is a great place to workout. They offer several different types of classes, and they're always changing up the workouts. Your body is always in for a challenge! I'm currently pregnant, and they have been great about recommending which classes to attend and which ones to avoid and always provide modifications for me.
Body Sculpt Barre is the BEST!!!! The barre tenders are awesome instructors, each one has their own special gift!!! Whether you are a person that is very fit or just starting out this studio is for everyone. I have hips issues and my range of motions is pretty bad but all the instructors are so encouraging and motivating, they help me to continue and not quit!!! Total game changer when it comes to working out! The Body Sculpt Barre Studio is AWESOME! They offer a variety of classes that work every muscle in your body! You will feel the burn! I’ve been doing Barre for close to 3 years now and I’m still obsessed! Every day is a different class. Never the same routine. The instructors are challenging and motivate you to push through. I’ve made lots of new friends along the way too. If you are getting tired of the same ole gym workout...give Barre a try...you won’t regret it!
Body Sculpt is a wonderful place. They welcome you into the barre family instantly. Barre is one of the only exercise classes I can stick with. I have tried lots of other classes and never fell in love with them. I love barre. I truly saw a difference in my body after just a month of attending classes regularly. Body Sculpt Barre Studio is awesome!! They offer a variety of fun, unique, and intense workout classes for whatever you're looking for. I've tried several different places and Body Sculpt is by far the best! The instructors are great and each routine is always different to keep it interesting. Come try it, you won't be disappointed!
Body Sculpt was my savior from the pit I was stuck in! The same old workouts were not cutting it and I needed something to get over that hump. They teaches are fantastic and the routines never get old.
