The positivity of all the instructors is so encouraging! These workouts are awesome for any level. I typically lift weights, but doing Barre has given me the exact muscle confusion challenge I needed. Y’all truly are a great group. Keep inspiring!!

She was especially happy after attending her first class since her car accident in April. Thanks to your staff for always being so positive and welcoming her with open arms.
I was hesitant to start but Barre has literally changed my life. I've done all kinds of fitness programs and nothing has changed my body so quickly. And the fitness part is just the tip of why I love Barre. Body Sculpt gave me life long friends, daily positivity, and a sense of self again. The pop up events and bonding opportunities make you feel like it is a second home. There is no better workout in Louisiana and maybe the entire world. Your first class is free so what do you have to lose?
BSB is like no other studio I’ve ever tried! Every class is different & challenging! & all of the instructors are amazing!!
I absolutely love everything about this studio! The instructors are amazing, the atmosphere so appealing and motivating, and everyone is so inviting and professional! I never knew how many variations of Barre there were and it keeps me motivated knowing it’s not the same every time!
