I am not a fit or active person and could never stick to a gym routine. I also had gym anxiety lol yea that's a thing! But after my second baby, I wanted to try something for me! I have several friends that love barre and this studio in particular so I tried and was instantly addicted! Each instructor has her own style but all have been super welcoming and great teachers. I look forward to my classes each day and can't wait to experience results!

Body Sculpt Barre Studio is awesome. The workouts are challenging and you see results quickly. The instructors are so motivating and inspire me to go back each day. They make working out FUN. I am so glad I started BSB a year ago. I am so thankful for the instructors and fellow barre beauties--my friends, my body sculpt family.
I've worked out for many years of my life but in the last year or so I've become very bored with my normal gym workouts. Since I've discovered Body Sculpt Barre my interest has returned and I am very challenged by all the workouts. I'm loving it!
I've tried multiple gyms and work out programs and can honestly say that no place compares to BSB! The staff here is friendly and encouraging. The workouts are amazing and really focus on toning up typical problem areas. I've tried almost every class there is to offer here and I've loved them all! The workouts are always different no matter what class you go to so it never gets old. I love BSB and I'm so happy that I found this studio. ❤️
