Best workout in town without a doubt. Fun and energetic instructors. Workout produces real results and is good for all activity levels. This studio and these girls have turned into my little barre family! Come try it out, you won't be disappointed!
Has really helped me feel better about my workouts and has given me results that I am proud of. The instructors are supportive and always help you make the most of your workouts even when your not quite strong enough to do the full moves. I enjoy every workout!
I had tried out workout classes before that were a lot of cardio and high impact but my true love was yoga, but yoga sometimes did not hit those target areas. That is when I heard about Barre and Body Sculpt. I went for the free class to see what it was all about. I loved it so much I bought ten more classes. Barre made me love exercise again. I love the atmosphere and awesome barre tenders. Body Sculpt is the first gym I have joined and I love it. I am planning on renewing my membership this November. 3 months of unlimited barre classes here I come!

I loved doing spin and plyo dance at the gym until the flood. The gym flooded and my home flooded so I had to find some form of exercise to do while trying to cope with the devastation. I was introduced to barre by a good friend a little over a year ago and since then I have enjoyed every minute of it! It’s been a great full body workout and stress reliever. The barre-tenders are awesome! They are always coming up with new and challenging barre moves!
I have finally found absolute best exercise studio!! Body Sculpt Barre Studio is so challenging, has great music, awesome teachers who are fun and motivating!! I have seen crazy results and am so thankful to Shelly and her barre tenders for helping me get there!!!

I'm a newbie to the barre scene but I'm totally enjoying it. These instructors are the best. Very attentive, making sure you have correct form and position. I truly feel like it's making a difference!!!
