Our first Hot Tub purchase was extremely enjoyable. The Service Manager (Chris) is why we purchased our Spa from Bob's Intowne. He is truly knowledgeable of his products. I have had the pleasure of buying a hot tub and having it installed by a very professional crew that was very efficient and knowledgeable .This crew not only delivered my new hot tub , they also loaded up my old hot tub and hauled it away. Once the hot tub was in place and filled and ready to go , the crew helped with any questions that I had. I was so excited to get my new hot tub. The salesman at the store was amazing. The gentlemen who delivered the tub were great as well. They went over everything with me. The owner even came out to help guys deliver my tub. Thank you so much.
Where do I begin ... purchased a hot tub March 3rd ... started out in Lancaster looking around and then ended up at Bobs. Long story short, we bought the tub and needed some electrical work done so they held onto the tub for a few weeks until we were ready. When the guys came to deliver, we were told they would drop off instructional paperwork/quick reference guide the next day. Nobody ever showed up. Have bought TWO H2X SwimSpas from Bob’s – a 15’& 12’, most recently the 12’. This was a complicated order, as it was while my new house was being built, and yard was still mud (late winter) when delivery planned! Bob’s staff worked hard to deal with the complexity, and made numerous special arrangements to install and ‘electrify’ my Wonderful SwimSpa!
