I recently purchased a spa from Bob's. The experience from start to finish was great. Mike in the showroom did an excellent job of helping us select the spa that was best for our space and needs. The delivery / install team was also phenomenal. The were quick, clean and helpful. They did a very good job with the setup and explained everything we needed to know in detail. Nice showroom with plenty of spas to consider, well informed sales staff, great all-inclusive prices. Delivery was easy to schedule, the crew arrived on time and did a jam up job setting up our spa and explaining every step of caring for it. What a great experience! Thanks!

Great experience all around. Our sales person Tom was very knowledgeable and stayed in contact with us through the delivery to ensure we were satisfied. The gentlemen who came to remove the old spa and install the new one were efficient, polite and we received a great spin up on how to operate and maintain our spa. I would definitely recommend them!

Bob's was great to deal with. Ended up having the owner as my sales guy when I went to the store and bought my hot tub. So far so good using it at the house since I got it installed last weekend.

Bobs gave us the best price on our spa they also delivered and set it up, the follow up service has always been great this is the only place we purchase our supplies. Thanks Jim Fisher
