We just had a replacement spa installed this week and all went well. They took care of the old one (22 years old originally purchased from Bob's Intowne Spas) and took the time to set everything up and explain everything. Jesse sold us our hot tub yesterday and it was delivered today! Jesse was absolutely wonderful to work with and knew what we wanted. The delivery men were equally wondercul...polite, friendly, and professional. They made sure everything worked before they left. I would definitely recommend them to all!

We had an excellent experience at Bobs. From the showroom to delivery. The hot tub was explained and demonstrated well. Delivery was quick. Chemicals and use of the hot tub was explained well. Would definitely recommed Bob's to anyone.
Looking for options in hot tubs, I attended a “Bobs” weekend spa expo in Carlisle. Sales folks were great, they took the time to explain the difference in spas, how the controls work, and just overall ownership and benefits of hydro therapy. Highly Recommend Bob's Intowne Spas for all of your hot tub needs. Mike was very helpful and knowledgable. The prices were reasonable. The crew who delivered our spa included Darby, Derek, & Korey. They went above and beyond for us and we appreciate everyone who has helped us set up our new hot tub. We look forward to making good use out of that tub!
