Chris and his staff at the York location were AWESOME! Chris really listened to what we were looking for and our price range. The delivery guys were professional and respectful and Darby did an excellent job of explaining the chemicals and how everything works. Just a great group of people.

I would recommend Bob's Intown Spa to anyone. I walked in looking for some parts for my spa after it got some freeze damage done to it. Both Matt and Chris were a great help. I had to return 4 times till I got all the pipes fixed. Matt took the time to help walk me through some of the repairs on the tub. The installation of the tub seemed to be just fine until 2 weeks after it shorted out while I was in it. I had my electrician come look at it and the ground came loose and was close to causing a fire/ serious injury. Be careful... the owner didn't seem to care. I would recommend having your own installers come take care of it.
Purchases spa from Bobs, Mike the sales guy was great, super friendly and zero pressure. Deliver and set-up was super: Darby, Darrien, and Korey were timely, professional, and very friendly. I would recommend Bobs Intowne Spas to anyone in the market for a new spa.

Just had our spa delivered on Fri before Memorial Day, what a great way to kick off summer-the family loves it! Our experience with Bob's has been wonderful.
