RecommendedBob's Intowne Spas has quite a professional team. From sales, warehouse management schedules, delivery, and set up. The spa was delivered, quickly set up, and clearly explained use and chemical treatment. if I ever upgrade, or buy for vacation home, I will work with Bob's team first.
Justin was very helpful in selecting the right spa for our family. He spent time with us showing the spas and explaining the options available. The set up and delivery crew was great . Quick and easy set up and delivery . We are loving our new spa for our foreseeable staycation. Very affordable financing options available if needed.
Had an amazing experience working with the entire crew at Bob's. Justin was our sales associate and was extremely knowledgeable and prompt with replying to our MANY questions. Matt and the install crew did an awesome job even though it was a swampy mess getting back to the area where the hot tub was going due to 3 inches of rain the day before.
