Need or want a spa? Do yourself a favor and talk to Jesse! We stopped in at the recommendation of a friend and they are very knowledgeable, still have great options (considering current stock deficiency and delay issues country-wide), pricing is fair, and staff/management is extremely personable. My husband and I ordered a Caldera Niagara that was delivered Friday. We had some hiccups as our initial salesperson (Mike) was dishonest. However, I must say that our new salesperson (Justin) and the Bob’s team has been awesome.
