RecommendedWe just got our second spa from Bob’s. It was installed and set up professionally and quickly. The crew explained what to do and made sure they cleaned up. A day later, we had a few questions and a local rep stopped by and took care of those as well! Bob’s Intowne Spas has great service!
A great experience from start to finish. The installation crew Darby, Darrien, Derek, and Korey were awesome. They played with my children so I could listen to the one explaining the use and care of the hot tub. 😃

Great experience. Mike, our salesman, didn’t try to upsell us into a bigger hot tub. He wanted us in what we needed. The delivery process was great. Darby went over everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Darrien, Korey and Derek did a great job in setting up the hot tub.
Bought our American Whirlepool 881 from Mike at the York store. Mike was great and very helpful. Delivery crew, Darby, Derek, Korey and Darrien were right on time. They were very courteous and professional .Could not have had for a better experience. Love my hot tub
