Bob’s Intowne Spas just delivered and set up my new hot tub. Before they could set up the new one, they had to remove the old one. Darby, Derek, Korey, and Darrien tackled the Hugh challenge right in their stride. They made it look easy. What a great team! They we so polite and professional. The delivery staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything in detail and were awesome. Sales staff was great too. I would recommend buying from them for sure.
What seemed like an impossible task to set up our Hot Tub from Bob's Intowne Spas was turned in to a masterpiece delivery. Restored the fencing and set up in less than two hours. Great service, setup and explained usage most completely. I am a cancer survivor and the Hot Tub will do much to get me moving again. Thanks gentlemen for a job well done. Now if you will excuse me I have some soaking to do.

We are so pleased with our Caldera Salt Water Spa. We have been enjoying our spa since it was delivered in October. Bob's Intowne Spas was great from the time of purchase, delivery and set up. Customer service from Caldera was also over the top.
Bobs Intowne spas was great! Jessie was so incredibly helpful while purchasing and answered all our crazy questions since we are first time hottub owners. The guys ( Darby, Derek, Darrien, and Korey) did an awesome job with the install and explained everything on the care and maintance of the tub. Thanks so much guys.... definitly recommend!
