Recently purchased a Vita Spa from Bob’s Intowne Spas. Happy with entire process. Delivery men were also courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Had some follow up questions after installation and received very quick responses and help.
my wife and I needed a therapeutic spa . Bob's was helpful , informative and showed us more than we could imagine . Chris our sales guy is awesome to deal with he went above and beyond to see that we got everything we needed . They delivered on time and set up exactly where we wanted .If you need a spa this is a class operation from start to finish . Cant thank them enough for everything

The sales staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They assist you in the direction best suited for your needs and treat you with respect from start to the final installation. Even recommending a qualified electrician to complete the deal.
We recently bought our hot tub from Bob's Intowne Spas. We were greated in a friendly manner and treated with respect. Chris, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We absolutely love our hot tub! The delivery was very smooth as well. We recommend Scott Dixon, the electrician as well!
We were very impressed with Justin when we went to look at hot tubs, very informative and was not a pushy salesman which scored major points with us. After explaining each hot tub he answered all of our questions even the silly ones and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. we bought from them thinking they would be a local company we could go to to test water and buy chemicals. however the day after they delivered the spa we were informed that they will not be reopening the location near us. now we have to travel over 30 minutes to get to their store for support of our hot tub. had they told us before deliver that they were closing the store by us we would have canceled the order even with penalty and went to Crystal Pools instead. Bobs intowne spa was great to us. Chris was very informative when trying to choose a spa to fit our needs. He explained the buying and delivery process to a t so their were not surprises. The price was great compared to everywhere else. The delivery team was amazing, very patient and kind when maneuvering through yard to place spa. Delivery team was also very informative about start up and what to expect during process. Will continue to go to them for all our spa needs! highly recommend from start to finish.
