Good experience all around. Good deal on our hot tub. Salespeople were helpful and very nice. The installation crew was awesome and took the time to hook everything up and explain everything all the features of our new tub. I highly recommend Bob's!

In trying to help my mother safe access a tub for therapy, we upgraded her old tub. Delivery date was changed -- twice, and when the tub was installed, the cover wasn't in. The installers oriented the tub (without the lid) so that her beautiful view was blocked by the lid. When I asked them to come back out to correct this poor installation, they said it would cost us $400. And did I mention that they didn't set the heating system up correctly when they installed it so she's been waiting for three days for it to heat up prop... read more
We purchased and had a Master Spa delivered on 4/14/17. We couldn't be happier with the service and personnel who delivered. Very professional, excellent price. Purchased for my wife who has RA. A very special shout out to the owner, Tara who helped us out with an issue with another dealer. My wife said she can already feel the difference in her joints and neck since she started using it. Would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase from Bob's.

We are so thrilled with our new Maxx Spa! We had it delivered just in time for Christmas and have been enjoying it at least twice a week since. Darby and his delivery crew were awesome! Very professional. They explained everything and placed it in just the right spot. We were able to enjoy it that evening! Glad we splurged on the lights and blue tooth! The six person spa is a perfect size! It has been great relaxing for the holidays and after a long run. Thank you!

We recently decided to buy our first spa. We did not know what to look for, but decided to stop in at Bob's. We were met by Jesse, who explained everything to us. We easily chose the spa for us and made arrangements for delivery. The spa was delivered and set up as promised. The technicians explained the proper operation and maintenance in detail. Everything from visiting the store to delivery, was easy !!
We just had our spa installed and are enjoying our first week. Installation was easy and the installer very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased the spa at the Maryland Home and Garden and got a great deal!
Everyone here is very knowledgable and professional at their jobs! We recently had first hand experience with service department for sound system speakers failing. The warranty on those bad boys (speakers and lights) is only 1 year, so call before the year runs out if have probs. The service man arrived with the new speakers, and replaced them and was gone in less than an hour, and Bob's submitted the warranty claim for us. Great service! We recommend them to everyone. And love our spa!
