Racked up almost $1000 in repair bills before they determined they 7 year old Poseidon was unfixable. Wouldn't it make sense to tell the customer the repair bill is adding up with things not looking good? Got double charged for a work item that was never done. When I told Chris the Service Manager we were now in the market for a new hot tub, didn't have a good experience with Bob's and we'd be taking our business elsewhere he was blaise and really couldn't care less. Thanks to a very nice trio of gentlemen today that installed my new hot tub. They gladly removed the old one which was originally bought at Bob's 25 years ago!! It was such a hot day but they all kept their smiles on! Great job!

Had a tub moved by them. Worked great before they touched it, now does not work. They will take no responsibility for damaging the tub. Owner was a jerk, letting everyone know how bad they are.

Have had our spa for almost a year now - it has been awesome, no issues. Installation crew was very professional and any time I've had questions they've been really helpful at the store, even when their answer resulted in my not needing to buy anything from them!

Very disappointed. Purchased Maxx spa & took delivery in June. Our previous hot tub was a hot springs model and had it for 12 years. We've had more service calls in these short months than we had in 12 years with previous model. Either fix it correctly, replace the lemon we have or refund our money & we will go elsewhere.
