I love my new hot tub from Bob's. Everyone from the initial sale to their service department have been very helpful in answering and servicing my hot tub.

I bought my hot tub at Bob's 2 years ago. The manager Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up getting the Maax 741 and love it still. We recommend them to our friends and family when they ask about our hot tub. We haven't ever needed service work, so I can't comment on that.

We purchased our spa a couple of years ago when we lived in PA, the prices were great and the people who work there are so knowledgeable about the equipment and what you need. We moved to VA just last year and I called to order a filter hoping that they could ship it to me, I was able to order it and received it within a few days. We love our spa!

They gave us a great deal on our new hot tub. They delivered the hot tub as scheduled on the day our new deck was finished; set everything up; and then made sure that we had all of the information that we needed to use and enjoy it - and we do! .
