Bobs is the worst furniture store ever!!! My mother purchased a set of couches with the extended warranty and they have been nothing but problems ever since. Technicians have been out to repair them on a number of occasions and every time the furniture breaks within hours of being fixed. And to top it all off they have no respect for their customers. Sat at home all day today for the technician to come take a picture of the front door and leave while we were watching from the window!!! Not even worth one penny!!!!

I am very disappointed in our couch and loveseat from here! My husband and I saved up for over 2 years to buy our 1st real set of furniture, little did I know Walmart furniture would be better quality then the crap we bought. The set was $1400 and is only 2 months old and every cushion (5) has runs or catches in them. I contacted them and got an email back saying it's not a defect so there is nothing they will do. So far I’ve been treated wonderfully. My salesman, Gary Smith, stayed an hour after store closing to complete my order without any pressure or rushing me! He was great and why they’re getting a 5. I’m pleased with the pricing of the furniture. I am disappointed in the cost of delivery. $139.99! It was 69.99 with an entire dining room set with 6 chairs but, the price doubled after adding on just 2 barstools and end tables/cocktail table? Very surprising. I’ll follow up with details after delivery and we see how that goes!

Ok, I have to revise my review from one star to four. Yes, we had the below issues, but let me just say that before you write a bad review, please contact someone through the messenger and see if you can get the situation resolved. Knowledgeable on what they are selling w/ being overbearing
Very disappointed. Sales people were very kind helpful and not overbearing. Certainly not the problem. I told my sales person I had to have my mattresses by a certain date due to family visiting while my mom is in the hospital. Of course on that date they call and tell me that they did not receive my full order but they can get it next week. No offer to compensate my inconvenience or added stress and when asked directly “why should I trust you for my future furniture purchases” she deflected and changed the subject. Obviousl... read more

The prices for the furniture I ordered were very reasonable for the quality that was offered. The sales person I worked with, Wayne Miller, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Our salesperson, Dave Lenhart could not have been nicer. Friendly, informative and not pushy. Will be getting my new sofa and loveseat delivered Wednesday. Thank you Dave.
