great service at the store highly recommend it. but horrible delivery service. they arrived almost an hour before scheduling. First they didn't put the protective sheet on our mattress as we were told they would at the store by our salesmen Dave, and plus we had to argue with them to take our old mattress even though we even to told them we paid for the service. needles to say they eventually removed it but I was totally unsatisfied. if that's how the delivery service is every time I can just take my business elsewhere.
My sister and i had a wonderful had a wonderful experience with Erica. met us at the door with a smiling face very enthusiastic enjoy everything about her. from showing us Furniture to showing us where we would need to be in our price range but still what we wanted thanks Erica great job
Our delivery date was changed 3 times now. We purchased our set the first weekend of February and was told we'd have to wait until the 15th for a certain piece of our set. AFTER paying, the cashier refreshed her page and told us that actually we wouldn't be getting our recliner until the 16th. On Monday this week they called my husband to let him know that our delivery was confirmed for the 16th. On Tuesday they called me, and are now saying our recliner won't be delivered until the 25th. Erica is A M A Z I N G to work with! She actually listened to my wants and zeroed in on selections that fit my parameters. Five large pieces were delivered only a few days later. If you’re looking, go see Erica, she’s friendly and takes the stress out of it. You won’t be disappointed!
Erica Bibak was very helpful when my dad went into look for a mattress. She got him a very good deal and was also very pleasant and personable! Thank you Erica for everything! Can’t wait to come in and shop myself! Erica is definitely the person you want to sell you your furniture! :)

She was friendly, with smiles & even hugs; never pushy. She thanked us for our business, which many customer service representatives no longer do (pet peeve). She was a delight to work with!
