Recommendedour sales person, Tina, did not pressure us at all. she gave us the time we needed to look around and tried to answer all our questions even though she was working with another couple. after we made our decision, the sale was written up, all payment options were explained and delivery was scheduled without a long wait. one of our pieces was not in stock and they are going to deliver it without a second delivery fee. We had a very good experience.

We had gone in last week to look for couches and we will definitely be back! We were greeted as we walked in and given a run down of how everything works, the options available and how to read the signs. Our sales rep Bob wasn’t pushy at all and was great with checking in exactly when we needed him. We went back a few days later to purchase the couch and went through financing which was SUPER easy!
