I have made the hour drive to this location (Jonestown Rd) multiple times because of the excellent team in place at this store. I recently purchased a mattress and the sales/office staff were amazing as always. I even got to meet the store manager (Dana) who answered all my questions and concerns. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all their products/services. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. Our salesperson, Tina Myers, was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us at the door and pleasantly explained the signs & pricing. There was no high pressure sales. We were able to look around on our own & try out different chairs. Because of that, we realized a double recliner love seat was a better option for us. Tina was able to answer all of our questions and was very helpful. I will definitely go back to Bob's for additional items.

I love my bedroom set. However, the remote control for the adjustable bed has a motion activated light that is TOO sensitive. It activates if the remote is on the dresser and I just walk past it, not even coming close to touching the dresser. This kills the batteries in the remote very quickly. I've tried it on the night stand and even on the window sill. Still activates way too easily.
