RecommendedWe ordered a dresser and chest. We had delivery just to inside the front door as the trip to our upstairs is difficult. The chest was perfect. The dresser did not include the “feet”. Called. On hold over an hour. New feet sent. Wrong color Also damaged since they were sent loose in a box that could fit 3rimes as many. New call. About the color and condition. New delivery. RecommendedI had the pleasure of shopping at bobs in union today and my salesman was Daniel Perez he was absolutely Awesome. Very patient he explained my purchase in detail as well as the delivery options. I’m going to purchase again in a few months and I will definitely have him be my salesman. Bobs sells crap furniture and they suck you in to buy that "GOOF PROOF" warranty. Then when you call to put a claim cause the seams are separating they send some very unprofessional $5 an hour tech to come and and say it's not covered. It clearly says in the voice recording about how seem seperation is covered but they don't back it up. There are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life.
