I really liked the customer service They are excellent
Mike in the Harrisburg store was very friendly, directed us to the sofa area in the store. He said if we had any questions just to wave him down and he would be over to assist. I like that “no hassle feel”. We were able to check out all the sections available. When we were ready with questions, Mike was there to answer them all.
Great experience Lavon was wonderful to us very helpful and patient. Great sales associate. We give him 10 stars!!! Ask for Lavon if your going to shop at Bobs in Harrisburg.
06/29/20 DISAPPOINTED EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Not once but twice my furniture arrived damaged! Here is the worst part they tried to give me the same damaged furniture twice after I rejected first time! It has been over 2 weeks since the incident and They’re hasn’t been an apologies call or anything in return!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
So In love with our new couch finally after two months we have a couch to sit on. It is so comfy if you are looking to get a new couch check out Bobs Furniture. Oh and the reason it took so long we ordered from 1 stop bedrooms and it was like almost 2 months and they still did not deliver our couch so I canceled it and went to bobs furniture and got my couch delivered the next week. The customer service and communication was horrific. There was a surprise delivery for a piece that I was unaware was not in stock over a MONTH of when I ordered it. Not only did they fail to notify me of the delivery date, but the bottom of the chest had hard brown crud stuck to the bottom of the it. I have zero idea of how to get this off and it looks AWFUL. I highly recommend using Value City Furniture down the road, if you’re looking at the Harrisburg, PA location.
I advise anyone to NEVER shop here. I ordered bedroom furniture. On delivery I refused an item. There was a little confusion because the delivery team did not speak English. I immediately contacted customer service to inform them of this. The item I refused they will not refund to me and they will not give it back BUT THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR IT. I have tried tirelessly to either get a refund or the merchandise back but they refuse either. How do u charge me for something I do not have. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BOBS.
Salemans Kirk and Bob are awesome took great care of me and my children. My merchandise arrived on time and in great condition. The delivery team was very courtesy. I had to run and take my children to school this morning I left a note stating I'd be back and they waited for me. I will definitely return when I need new furniture
