We’ve been making all of our major furniture purchases from Bob’s in Harrisburg PA over the last 2 years, spending over $5000, but we will never go back. 2 years ago, we went to Bob’s in search of a new dinette for our kitchen/breakfast area. Our old table came with our new house and started to show several heat marks just from plates at meal times. Recommended5 stars I love the selection at this store. But more than the selection I like the customer service. My floor associate was Wayne and he was lovely. He was charming and engaging and make me laugh. I found the perfect floor lamp! Wayne was patient and sweet. I will choose face to face customer service while shopping than online shopping. Great selection, great customer service.

This store is amazing! Good quality at an even better price. Ask for Tina at Jonestown Rd location. Her smile and cheerful energy will leave you feeling glad you stopped by. She was very helpful without being pushy like most sales people.

Furniture nice, prices reasonable, always an issue with delivery though. Purchased three times here. The last 2 times have been a nightmare. The first time it took 4 delivery dates to get 5 correct pieces of furniture. This time everything delivered, just major damage to a drawer. No inspection prior to delivery and nothing said i had to discover it. The store said they can do an exchange next week but of course that means more missed work. So in the long run the reasonable prices may not be worth it.
