I was looking for a tv stand, (basic) under 150.00. They showed me a electric fireplace with stand for 450.00 I told them it’s only for a bedroom. The sales associate told me “I belong at Walmart.” Totally disgusting and rude. There was another associate sitting on couch who also made a snide remark. It all worked out, I found a great stand for 137.
told me an exact date for delivery and then I call 5 days before to confirm and they now tell me January. so I'm requesting my money back . don't make promises you can't keep. will be contacting the bbb

They also have an acceptance now program that makes it so easy so you don’t have to spend your money in the same day. Our sales lady, Jen, was amazing and really helped us out a lot! My daughter is going on so far 11 days without a boxspring been sleeping on the floor get no answers from any of the numbers that I call to get help the communication and the lies are unbelievable I would never ever ever order from Bob’s again and I hope nobody else does either!!!!
