Bob's is utterly riddiculous! wsa told I would get a text when the delivery was close, they never texted, never called, took a pic of a delivery guy "posing" like he knocked on the door to "prove" they were there. Meanwhile my dad was home the whole time waiting for them. No knock, no doorbell ring, no customer service. I will NEVER buy from Bob's again!

Horrible, horrible delivery service. I lived in one state and they delivered our furniture at 11:45PM! A few years later tried them again in another state and they said they came to the house and no one was home.... UNTRUE!!! They had a photo of the driver “knocking” at our front door and when asked where was the photo of them ringing the doorbell, they had none. It was a great experience the women who worked with me was AWESOME
the worst company ever how they treat customers & especially there workers, they are very so disrespectful and ignorant! word of advice stay away from them you will thank me later. Wolfs furniture are the same as well stay away from them to.

The whole customer care was horrible. There is not an Urgency with delivery dates. When delivery dates are here items are missing and/or destroyed. Customer service is not good.. The whole experience was filled with inconveniences for myself. And they don’t see it as an issue that needs to be addressed.
