I am incredibly disappointed in Bobs. First off, let me say that the sales team at the store was great. Greg and Rich were helpful when we were purchasing our bedroom set. With that being said, that’s about the ONLY good thing that I have to say about this place. This place is Sooooo bad that I can’t even post the full extent of their screw ups here because it says my review is too long. Shop at your own peril. Store is great. Sales people are great, up front, but once they’ve reeled you in, you’re in for a long crappy delivery experience. Purchased a sectional and ottoman. Upon delivery, the right facing portion of the sectional and the ottoman were damaged. Contacted Bob's and they immediately set up to have a technician look at the pieces. The technician agreed that the pieces needed to be replaced and a new delivery date was set, which was great until.....they attempted to deliver the new pieces, the ottoman was good but the sectional had a hole in it. We just had the delivery guys show up...nice guys..on time..however...the love seat and sofa did not match.it was the right love seat, but the sofa was a different style and color....which was not what we picked out....and when we picked it out my husband's main concern was that it be American made....our salesman...Michael Larrison told him it was made in Tennessee..well it was made in China

Bought my furniture, it was delivered, everything looked great. I was trying to find which was the power recliner, which I paid for but did not receive. I called and spoke to the salesmen (Fake Bob), he said he would call me back, we'll he never did. I got a call from customer service, said they would bring me the correct piece. Now 3 weeks later still nothing from Bobs or a refund. This is stealing, quick to take my money, but not give me what I paid for!

We went To check it out after seeing the commercials on TV. We were not hounded by sales people following us around and were free to look around on her own. We didn’t end up seeing anything we really liked enough to buy.

Terrible. As my husband stated in early post. Horrible customer service. When you call, you get pushed off and told "someone will call you back." It's been 3 weeks of total nonsense and dealing with a couch that is peeling after a year and half. They want to replace the piece which is good but expect us to have two different couches because they no longer carry that line of furniture.
