I love the pieces we picked!! The sales staff is quite friendly but a little stalker(ish). Overall, not a bad experience and may go back again

I already looked on the website to see what I wanted and to actually see it in the store was amazing! Best furniture place I have been at so far! I can't wait to order my 7 piece living room set and 7 piece dinning room furniture from bobs. And Wayne was very helpful and knew where it was in the store.

RecommendedMy family and I were in last month. My husband and I wanted to finally get a new king size bed. I met a great sales person named Matt. He helped us with everything and explained every thing to us. He was not pushy at all. We will definitely go back to see Matt.

Our in store experience was great. However, for some reason there was a mistake made somewhere in the paper work, and we didn't find out until the day that it was suppose to be delivered. Which we wouldn't have found out if we wouldn't have called them, so keep that in mind. Needless to say, we obviously didn't get it that day, we are actually still waiting on it, and they are not working with us on correcting the issue although they know we have already gotten rid of our old sofa, which we did the night before thinking we w... read more

Rats is SEVERELY understated!!! Again this morning I wasted the FIFTH "window" of 4 hours to have a dining room sideboard/server delivered. They AGAIN didn't bring it because it was damaged before it ever left the warehouse!!! The first 4 attempts resulted in the delivery team bringing a server that was either damaged or COVERED IN MOLD, or they never loaded they server on the truck to begin with because of the crappy condition of it at the warehouse. Wow! Beautiful store, beautiful, quality furniture at a great price. Super kid friendly. They have a cafe in the back with coffee for adults and ice cream and cookies and candy for kids with Disney movies :)

Over 30 hours I sat and waited for the right furniture to be delevered. 9 different deliverys. Store personal great customer service terrible. 2 times they delivered broken furniture 3 different times I waited to get it fixed. I would go to good will to buy furniture before I would ever go back to bobs

Entered the store for the first time last month, just to browse and get some ideas. Staff was friendly, but maybe a little pushy, kinda stalking me as I looked around the store. In the end, I actually did end up buying a chair. It was exactly what I'd had in mind and the price was right: clearance. Salesperson and a warehouse guy actually carried the chair through the parking lot and loaded it into my van. Very pleasant exchange: only 1 star lost for the creepy stalker sales guy.
