RecommendedWe went to the store after seeing the commercials. We weren't hounded at all by sales people. We were able to walk freely and find someone when we were ready to ask questions and place our order. The first guy we talked to was very friendly and encouraged us to take our 2 small kids to the cafe area (which was refreshing and a great idea!). I will NEVER buy again from Bob's nor step into a store. We bought about $1,000 worth of merchandise from you. The sales guy was very nice and quoted us $50 for delivery. When checking out the manager kinda shooed him away and check us out. The next day we found out we were charged $109 for delivery. My wife ended calling in and was treated horrible over the phone. Hello Andrew, We are very sorry there was confusion on the delivery charge. We do offer pick up at 7 locations so our customers do not have to pay the delivery fee. Had a good experience in the store however I was told I was being charge 49 for delivery only to come home and realize they charged me 109!!!!! I'm so upset. I didn't notice it at first because I had a baby in there and wasn'the focused on what they were doing. I kinda feel cheated. I'm going to call the store but after reading these reviews I'm a lil worried that they won't give me my money back. If not I will sadly return the items before delivery. It seems the only good thing about this place is the free food
If anyone is in the market for a good mattress bobs discount furniture is the way to go. When dad first told me about bobs discount furniture i was like hell no. I am not getting some defected discounted bed. Ill go to sleepys and when he took me in im like wow theres nothing but great quality in this place. And they are rated highly in consumer reports too. I heard about Bob's Discount Furniture from the advertisements on TV what I thought was going to be an always tight Discount Store turned out to be a full-blown furniture store with beautiful furniture and pictures and fantastic prices I bought a couch and a chair and a giraffe
