Bought new mattress and adjustable base. Kathy our salesperson was great. She took a lot of time with us both times we were there. The delivery team was on time and did a great job with delivery and installation. Had a great night on our first night with the new mattress and base. Would recommend Bob's and Kathy to anyone out there.

I cannot believe that it has come to me writing this e-mail but here goes. I attended the Grand Opening sale of the Harrisburg, PA store. Very nice facility. The salesman I was working with was brought in from another store to assist for the day. It's a Terrible Place! I had Rick for salesperson and didn't know much about bedding. They didn't know anything you ask them they had to find out. Then they didn't know how to use computer and charged my card to much. Then they had to figure out how to change it. Then one week after ordered it no delivery. So I cancelled order 3 days before shipping and they refused to give me my money back! It took Lots of phone calls and they give you a run around about it then Finally 8 days Later I Finally Got My Money. DONT EVER GO HERE... read more
