I wish I would have done a little research into this store before ever giving them a dime. First they tried to overcharge us for a couple of bed sets and then after 3 weeks I still don’t have what I ordered and paid for. Now after 4 attempts, I STILL don’t have a box spring that I need. 06/29/20 DISAPPOINTED EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Not once but twice my furniture arrived damaged! Here is the worst part they tried to give me the same damaged furniture twice after I rejected first time! It has been over 2 weeks since the incident and They’re hasn’t been an apologies call or anything in return!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
RecommendedI went to Bobs in Union and Sergio helped me , he was attentive & knowledgeable about the deals @ Bob’s. I highly recommend Sergio if you visit the Union store.

Don't buy from them! I never seen such horrid customer service ever! I have never been treated so horrible. They don't stand behind the products they sell, they will not allow returns. You call and are on hold at least an hour. at this point I calculate I have wasted over 3 + hours of my life while on hold with their "customer service department " I go into the store to return the item because I am done with them and manger Kyle is a wuss can't help me and puts me back on the phone to be put on hold yet again. RecommendedSo In love with our new couch finally after two months we have a couch to sit on. It is so comfy if you are looking to get a new couch check out Bobs Furniture. Oh and the reason it took so long we ordered from 1 stop bedrooms and it was like almost 2 months and they still did not deliver our couch so I canceled it and went to bobs furniture and got my couch delivered the next week. The customer service and communication was horrific. There was a surprise delivery for a piece that I was unaware was not in stock over a MONTH of when I ordered it. Not only did they fail to notify me of the delivery date, but the bottom of the chest had hard brown crud stuck to the bottom of the it. I have zero idea of how to get this off and it looks AWFUL. I highly recommend using Value City Furniture down the road, if you’re looking at the Harrisburg, PA location.
I paid for a sectional & a 7 piece dining set March 4th. I waited 3 weeks for my dining table to come in so I waited for the whole order so they wouldn't have to come twice. The day come for my delivery and they bring everything but the table (which is why I waited 3 wks for delivery in the 1st place) now they are saying that I have to wait until SEPTEMBER!!!!
