This company and their staff are unbelievable. Not contacting us back after two weeks even with us calling them almost every day for an answer. The protection plan they charge almost an additional $200 for is an absolute scam as it doesn't cover ANYTHING. You can submit claims and they'll always find a reason to deny it. I'm not spending anymore money there and I suggest no one else does either. What a joke of a company.

5 stars I found the perfect little accent chair at Bob’s for $99!! Since the cost was low I was able to pick up in store-so no delivery fee. Erica was friendly and helpful-I will definitely go back when I need to get new bedding or more furniture. After looking around, we found the prices were very reasonable for high quality pieces.

I purchased a sectional and had it delivered to the house. After delivery I sat in it and it was incredibly hard. A complete misrepresentation of what was in the store. I called to try to return it and was told that once a piece was in the home that they wouldn't accept it back. So now I'm stuck with a rigid uncomfortable couch because they won't return it.
