I love the people at BMW Tucson. They are courteous, knowledgeable (they can actually speak intelligently about the subtleties of their cars. ) They are respectful and they want to do best by their customers.
I like waiting for my 128i to be serviced. Free wifi, water and hot tea. A very comfortable waiting area�
I was having a car I purchased off of lease but still under warranty-excellent cooperation and service and very patient with me as I worked through the process of a couple of minor glitches.

All star place. I had to take my son's BMW in for 2 different recalls and the service department treated me like royalty. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. I didn't purchase the car from them but that didn't matter...
We bought an 08 brand new in 09. It is a 335i, super fast and we dearly love the car. It only has 30,000 miles on it as we are gone all summer and leave the car here. The local dealership is excellent. Our son has the 335i as well and loves his too. What's not to love?
