We brought our X5 in for the airbags recall we received. We were treated very well by everyone there. The receptionist, the gentleman that’s registered our vehicle, the Manager, and then the mechanic. They gave us a vehicle to use since they had to keep the vehicle overnight at no charge. They were very thorough in advising us of other items our vehicle was in need of. Then they washed the vehicle before returning it to us. Great experience! Thank you BMW of Tucson!
