BMW of Tucson has an excellent and professional staff. I purchased my 2007 530i BMW on 10/12/06 and they have provided me with an excellent service since that year. I plan to buy another BMW from them in the future.
Our sales advisor, Tony was excellent! He along with everyone else were so easy to work with. They made the entire process easy. We bought a pre owned 2017 330i with only 2000 miles on it. We are so happy with the car.
We feel the overall service of our older 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster with 108,000 miles on it was spectacular at BMW Tucson. Wendy was our service advisor and she informed us parts needed had to come directly from Germany, so they provided us a wonderful BMW SUV for the week needed to get parts in and expertly installed. Communication between all departments was prompt and professional, so we would highly recommend them to anyone with a BMW vehicle for the utmost in professional care. We love this classic little roadster !
I live 2 hours away and Had my bmw z4 serviced twice so far and they are beyond nice and helpful! If and when the time comes I'm going to get my next car here. Just hope the buying experience is as great as the service department.
Ryan always helps me, and when my air conditioning was not working well he and the mechanic spent hours diagnosing the problem, trying to fix it, and then ordering a new compressor when the fix did not remain. I highly recommend the Service Department!
